Patty and I met Tripp at one of his open houses on Crayton Rd. in the Moorings. Although we were out of our price range and new to the Naples market, Tripp was very understanding and willing to offer accurate information on the Naples market and find out our individual needs for a second home (beaches, shopping, dining and convenience to downtown Naples and Third Street.) We returned to Michigan and Tripp kept us apprised of the market for about a year and a half until he found the place we bought in the Moorings in 2001. We are still working with Tripp as we are planning to upgrade to a waterfront property. We have found that his knowlege of the Naples Area. his honesty and pleasant businesslike approach a great asset to us as buyers in the Naples area.

The unthinkable happened when the sale of our house fell through on the day of closing, with our permanent return to the U.K. booked for the next day. Then, in stepped Tripp. He literally asked for our house keys and said "You go back to the U.K. as planned, and don't worry, I'll attend to everything for you". True to his word he arranged for the electricity to be reconnected, gardeners and pool man, and, very importantly, spent time at our house when workmen were there. He marketed the property again, and handled anything and everything for us right up to closing, with regular e-mail updates on progress. We feel deeply indebted to him and will always be so grateful as he went way outside the box to rescue us. Look no further - Tripp is the guy!
